21 Feb Amber Bolognese Selected as Employee of the Month for January
We are thrilled to recognize Amber Bolognese as Fleet Response’s January Employee of the Month! This is not the first time Amber has earned this honor, she was previously celebrated in August 2023, and her continued dedication, leadership, and impact make her more than deserving of this recognition once again.
A Journey of Growth and Support
Amber’s career at Fleet Response has been defined by passion, growth, and mentorship. She recalls a pivotal moment when she realized she had made the right career choice, when leadership didn’t just talk about supporting her, but actively demonstrated it. That encouragement fueled her professional development, and in turn, she has helped others grow as well.
Her colleagues recognize her as a tremendous asset to both the company and her team. One coworker shares:

One of Amber’s proudest accomplishments is the strong relationships she has built with colleagues, clients, and vendors.
“I take great pride in the connections I’ve established, not just within the company but also with our clients and vendors,” she shares.
Her ability to cultivate these relationships has played a key role in strengthening Fleet Response’s reputation and internal culture.
Passion for Work and Life
Amber approaches each workday with enthusiasm and a willingness to embrace new challenges.
“I feel a sense of peace and excitement when I start my day, knowing that every day brings something different,” she says. Of course, no morning is complete without her first cup of coffee!
Outside of work, Amber enjoys spending time with her cats and making the most of Ohio’s warm seasons.
“When the weather is nice, you’ll find me out on Lake Erie riding a jet ski with my fiancée.”

Amber’s influence extends beyond her job description, as she continuously supports and empowers those around her. A colleague sums it up best:
