08 Oct Employee Spotlight: Crystal Evans Recognized as Fleet Response Employee of the Month

Those qualities are at the heart of why Crystal Evans, Adjuster, has been named Fleet Response Employee of the Month
For Crystal, receiving the award for the first time is especially meaningful because it reflects how she strives to show up for her coworkers each day.
āBeing voted Employee of the Month means so much to me because it is a meaningful recognition of the way I strive to treat others every day,ā Crystal shared
She is particularly proud to be recognized for her kindness, patience, and willingness to share her knowledge with others. Itās a reminder that even small actions can have a lasting impact on the people around us.
More Than Reviewing Vehicle Damage
As an Adjuster at Fleet Response, Crystal is responsible for reviewing vehicle damage and determining the appropriate repair methods and costs. She works closely with clients, vendors, and collision repair facilities to help ensure repairs are handled accurately, efficiently, and on time.
But for Crystal, doing her job well goes beyond her individual responsibilities.
She keeps an eye on her teamās daily claim volume and steps in where needed to help keep reviews moving. Whether sheās answering a question, sharing her knowledge, or helping a coworker move a claim toward closure, Crystal is always looking for ways to support the larger team.
That willingness to help is also what she believes led to her Employee of the Month recognition.
Leading with Patience and Kindness
Crystal doesnāt measure her impact by one particular accomplishment. Instead, itās the way she approaches her work and the people around her every day.
āI believe I was selected for my patience, kindness, and willingness to help coworkers move claims toward timely closure while supporting Fleet Responseās mission.
That approach carries into the way Crystal works with clients, vendors, repair facilities, and her fellow employees. Being dependable and giving her best effort are important to her, but so is knowing that her work can have a positive impact on someone else
For Crystal, being someone, her team can count on is motivation enough to continue performing at a high level.
Recognizing the People Who Make a Difference
Just as Crystal values being able to support others, she also appreciates the coworkers who have influenced her along the way.
She specifically recognizes Mary Sittnick for her strong work ethic and commitment to Fleet Responseās mission.
Crystal admires the way Mary approaches situations with understanding and fairness while remaining focused on finding an effective resolution, qualities that have made a lasting impression on her.
Finding Balance
One of the things Crystal appreciates most about working at Fleet Response is the flexibility that comes with working remotely
āEliminating the daily commute is a true blessing,ā she shared.
That flexibility also gives her more opportunities to enjoy what matters most outside of work. Crystal loves traveling and spending quality time with her children and grandchildren.
And when she has some downtime at home, coworkers might find her doing two things that make for an interesting combination: crocheting and watching true crime documentaries.
Congratulations, Crystal!
Crystalās recognition is a great reminder that making an impact doesnāt always require a grand gesture. Sometimes itās answering a question with patience, stepping in when a teammate needs help, sharing knowledge, or simply being someone, others know they can depend on.
Her commitment to accurate and timely claims handling, combined with the kindness and support she brings to her team, reflects the people-first culture we value at Fleet Response.
Congratulations, Crystal, on being named Fleet Response Employee of the Month. Thank you for the care, patience, and dedication you bring to your work and your teammates every day.
