Taylor Kleman Named Fleet Response Employee of the Month

At Fleet Response, great service starts with employees who care about the work they do and the people they work with. This month, we’re proud to recognize Taylor Kleman, Third Party Sr. Claims Representative, as our Employee of the Month.

What makes the recognition even more exciting is that Taylor earned it during just her third full month at Fleet Response.

Being recognized by her peers means a lot to Taylor, especially because building strong relationships is something she values both at work and in her personal life.

“The greatest joys, for me, in life are when I can bring value to my relationships, both professionally and personally,” Taylor said. “Doing this in my third full month is something I am very proud of.”

This is Taylor’s first Employee of the Month award, and it’s a great reflection of the impact she has already made on the Fleet Response team.

Managing Third Party Claims from Start to Finish

As a Third Party Sr. Claims Representative, Taylor manages between 100 and 200 third-party claims at any given time. Her job is to investigate and evaluate each claim, determine liability and responsibility, and work toward a fair and timely resolution.

That process involves everything from phone calls and emails to reviewing invoices, statements, documentation, and the facts surrounding each claim.

With so many moving pieces, Taylor focuses on keeping claims moving while making sure each one receives the attention it deserves. The goal is always to reach a resolution that is fair for both Fleet Response clients and claimants.

Showing Up and Doing Your Best

Taylor doesn’t credit one specific claim or accomplishment for earning Employee of the Month. For her, it comes down to how she approaches the job every day.

“How you do anything is how you do everything.”

It’s a simple philosophy that says a lot about Taylor’s work ethic. She focuses on doing her best each day, staying consistent, and helping others whenever she has the opportunity.

That approach extends to how she works with her team. Taylor tries to be flexible, enthusiastic, and approachable, whether she’s working through a claim, answering a question, or helping a teammate.

It’s all part of working toward the same goal: providing Fleet Response clients and claimants with responsive, fair, and professional claims service.

Setting Her Own Standard

Taylor’s motivation comes largely from the standards she sets for herself.

She wants to finish each day knowing she handled what needed to be done and gave the work her best effort. For Taylor, there’s something rewarding about being able to look back on the day and know she did everything she could.

She’s also quick to recognize the people who helped her during her first few months with Fleet Response. Austin Liming, Emily Wright, Mara Urban, Bobby Cozens, and Mary Sittnick have all provided support and guidance as she’s settled into her role.

And when asked what she enjoys most about working at Fleet Response, Taylor didn’t need a long answer.

Her coworkers. The relationships she has already built have become one of her favorite parts of being on the Fleet Response team.

From Claims Representative to “Tour Mother”

Outside of work, Taylor enjoys reality shows, shopping, live music, reading, volunteering, and spending time with friends and family.

But there’s another side of Taylor her Fleet Response coworkers may not know about.

She also helps a friend’s company as a regional tour manager for musical acts. When she’s on the road, Taylor helps make sure the group gets to the venue on time, coordinates food, works with event staff, manages the merchandise table, and handles whatever else needs to happen to keep things running smoothly.

She’s earned an appropriate nickname along the way: “Tour Mother.”

It turns out the ability to stay organized, work with different people, and jump in wherever needed comes in handy both on the road and in third-party claims.

Congratulations, Taylor!

Earning Employee of the Month during her third full month with Fleet Response is an exciting accomplishment and a reflection of the impression Taylor has already made.

Her commitment to doing quality work, supporting her teammates, and providing fair and responsive third-party claims service represents the kind of approach we value at Fleet Response.

Congratulations, Taylor, on being named Fleet Response Employee of the Month. We’re glad to have you on the team and look forward to seeing all that you accomplish!
