Account Manager

Each Fleet Response client is assigned a professional account manager whose job it is to make working with Fleet Response easy and valuable. Your account manager will listen to your needs, act as your liaison to the various departments within Fleet Response, represent your views and communicate your preferences, ensure that your needs are met, and report our success back to you.

Program Implementation

Fleet Response maintains a turnkey implementation process that ensures the effective launch and maintenance of your company’s account. This comprehensive process is designed to minimize the effort required on the part of our clients, enabling us to complete the process quickly, thoroughly, and professionally. Within days, we will ready to process your first file.

Performance Audit

Fleet Response recommends establishing an audit program for each client based on its specific needs. We traditionally recommend beginning with a detailed semi-annual review of recoveries, cycle time, and customer feedback. Following further discussion of service requirements, we gladly customize the audit criteria and frequency to best suit the needs of each client.

Formal financial audits are typically performed annually and are recommended to validate our performance and integrity; spot audits are welcome at any time. Fleet Response has been audited multiple times by our clients, and we have never had to reimburse money due to a less than satisfactory audit. In addition, our real-time access system allows clients to perform real-time status checks and spot file audits at any time.
