Adam Fredmonsky Selected as Employee of the Month for November

Fleet Response is proud to announce Adam Fredmonsky as the Employee of the Month for November!

Adam has been with Fleet Response for over 2 years. After working in the Call Center for just over a year, Adam transferred to the Subrogation Department where he now works as a Subrogation Support Specialist. As a specialist, Adam works at the front end of our claims, which includes filing claims with adverse party’s carriers, and sending our demands to the at-fault parties for our specialists to work.

Adam has played a critical role in the subrogation department and it’s clear that his efforts are appreciated by those around him.

“Adam is always quick to help and WANTS to help,” said one co-worker who nominated him. “He has a huge heart and is continuously looking for ways to improve subrogation support. He truly cares about his coworkers, his job, and this company and doesn’t get as much recognition as he should!”

When asked about his best day with Fleet Response, Adam replied with three memorable days: the day he was offered his position, the day he won this award, and the day he won courtside tickets to a Cleveland Cavaliers game in 2021.

Adam spoke about his appreciation for the company and what makes him proud to work at Fleet Response. “The company always seems to take care of its staff. Its an important quality in a company to not just say it, but to show it.

In his free time, he enjoys spending time with pets and family, streaming tv shows, playing NBA2K, and playing poker.
