Nick Mitchell Selected as Employee of the Month for October

Fleet Response is proud to announce Call Center Representative, Nick Mitchell, as the employee of the month for October 2023.

Nick has been with Fleet Response for just over a year and has made significant contributions in that short amount of time. In addition to his Call Center responsibilities, Nick handles all of the tows for our clients, ensuring that a tow truck arrives timely and accurately. He also spends a lot of his time assisting co-workers with any issues they have.

Nick’s work ethic has received praise from his colleagues as they nominate him for employee of the month. “Nick is very detailed in his explanations and very patient with questions regarding the tow process. He has expressed how pleased and grateful he is to work for such a great company. With his attitude and perseverance, he will go far,” read a nomination.

Nick states his most memorable day at Fleet Response was today when he was awarded the employee of the month award. “I told myself when I joined Fleet Response that this was a goal of mine.

Another colleague nominated Nick and said, “He has gone above and beyond with some complicated claims for one of our largest clients to ensure that vehicles are towed properly, to the correct location and follows through with any/all direction given.”

“He is quick to ask questions so that he can handle a situation rather than passing it off to someone else,” read another nomination. “He is very knowledgeable about the company and his position. Fleet Response is lucky to have Nick on the team!

“What makes me proud to work at Fleet Response is the Call Center,” said Nick. “Coming in every day and knowing that I’m reaching people and helping them, knowing that when I hang up with them, I’ve done everything I can to make them smile or make sure they know I’ll take care of them is the greatest feeling.”
