Fleet Response Employee of the Month: Alisha Butler

Alisha Butler was genuinely surprised when she was named Fleet Response Employee of the Month. Working alongside so many talented and dedicated people, she says the recognition was completely unexpected and truly an honor.

This is Alisha’s first time receiving the Employee of the Month award. In her previous roles at smaller shops, there was no formal recognition program, which makes this moment even more meaningful. Being recognized by her peers and leadership is something she values deeply.

As a Senior Maintenance Specialist, Alisha plays an important role in supporting both her team and Fleet Response clients. On a typical day, she answers questions from teammates, responds to client emails, coordinates tows, and works to get vehicles back on the road as quickly as possible. Her ability to juggle multiple responsibilities while staying focused and dependable is a big part of what makes her such a strong asset to the team.

Alisha believes her selection for this award reflects her willingness to step in wherever help is needed. She is known for supporting her coworkers, taking on extra responsibilities, and making sure maintenance issues are handled quickly and correctly. Being reliable and proactive is something she takes a lot of pride in.

When it comes to recognizing others, Alisha makes it clear that this achievement is not hers alone. She credits the entire Maintenance Department for their teamwork and support, including Tom Simon, Cari Queener, Ray Rivera, Jeremy Hutchings, and especially her supervisor, Lindsey Fade. She says each of them has played an important role in her success.

What motivates Alisha is simple. She enjoys staying busy and has always found fulfillment in helping others. That mindset fits well with what she enjoys most about working at Fleet Response: a strong team culture where coworkers support one another and take pride in doing things the right way.

Outside of work, Alisha enjoys spending time with her family and unwinding in her Skee Ball league on Tuesday nights. One interesting fact many coworkers may not know is that she was once recognized as Caregiver of the Year for the State of Ohio, highlighting her dedication and compassion beyond the workplace.

Congratulations to Alisha Butler on being named Fleet Response Employee of the Month, and thank you for the positive impact you continue to make every day.
