We are proud to recognize Elizabeth Lynch as Fleet Response’s Employee of the Month. Elizabeth has been with Fleet Response for six years and seven months and has become an essential member of the Subrogation team. She began her career with the company in Subro and was promoted to Senior Subro Specialist last year.

Elizabeth received multiple nominations from various departments across the company, a true testament to her reputation and impact. Colleagues praised her deep knowledge, her steady professionalism, and her willingness to help others. One nomination stated, “Elizabeth is always ready to assist her team and takes time to patiently explain concepts. Her proactive approach and dedication make her an invaluable asset to the Subrogation team.”

Another colleague shared, “Elizabeth delivers outstanding results every month in both productivity and collections. She sets a high standard for excellence and is a tremendous asset to the company as a whole.” Others highlighted her kindness and the positive spirit she brings to every interaction.

Work at Fleet Response
Elizabeth shared that her sense of belonging and enjoyment of her work are what confirmed she made the right decision to join Fleet Response. She noted that not all workplaces make it easy to wake up excited for the day, and she appreciates being part of a company where that feeling is real.

She said that today ranks among her best days, as being honored as Employee of the Month is something she greatly values. She also described the Employee of the Year Celebration as an experience that reflects exactly what Fleet Response stands for and how much the company appreciates its employees.

Beyond the Office
Outside of work, Elizabeth enjoys spending time with family and friends. She is a devoted Cleveland sports fan and loves music, movies, reading, gardening, and swimming. She also shared that her introduction to insurance began during college while working with her mother, and her father influence as a coach and teacher gave her a natural passion for helping and supporting others. She credits both of her parents for shaping who she is today.
