29 Aug Craig Wilson Selected as Employee of the Month for July

We are proud to recognize Craig Wilson from the Subrogation Department as Fleet Response’s Employee of the Month for July. Since joining Fleet Response 22 months ago, Craig has shown exceptional commitment, versatility, and a positive approach to every challenge.

Why Craig Stands Out
Craig has held multiple roles during his time here, including Subrogation Specialist and Heavy Equipment Recovery Specialist. He was nominated for his strong work ethic and positive influence on the team. Colleagues describe him as someone who embraces challenges and inspires those around him with his energy and humor.

One nomination noted that Craig has been “an integral part of my ongoing training and such great support during the last few months.” It also highlighted how Craig continuously supports other team members, helps new colleagues feel included, acknowledges challenges with a positive attitude, and remains diplomatic in stressful situations all while motivating others and making them smile.

Looking Ahead
Craig believes his best day at work is not just one moment, it is every day. “Every day is a chance to do something new. Better. Different. Every day presents a new opportunity, a chance to improve an outcome.” He values the opportunity to grow and take on new challenges while making a meaningful impact.

What Makes Him Proud
Craig is proud to feel trusted and valued in his role. “In every company, every employee has an imaginary dollar sign above their head. Some are bigger than others, but each person produces an income for the firm based on their role. I feel finally as if I am NOT just a person with dollar value for my company.”

Beyond the Office
When he starts his workday, Craig takes 15 minutes to arrange his schedule, listing tasks and follow ups by importance. This simple habit helps him track progress and feel a sense of accomplishment each day.

Outside of work, Craig enjoys working on his other business interests, golfing, and as he puts it, “sleeping yes sleeping is my favorite pastime.” He also admits a secret love for romantic comedies, saying, “I’ll watch them, then cut the TV off or to another channel if someone comes in!”
