At Fleet Response, recognizing the people behind our success is an important part of who we are. This month, we are pleased to highlight Jaime Pritt, Subrogation Specialist, as our Employee of the Month. Jaime brings experience, initiative, and a strong sense of teamwork to her role, making a positive impact across the organization.

For Jaime, being selected as Employee of the Month is both exciting and meaningful. She shared that the recognition reflects the effort she puts into supporting her department, teammates, and colleagues each day. As a full-time remote employee, she values the connections she has built virtually and takes pride in knowing her contributions are making a difference. This is her second time receiving the honor, with her first recognition taking place in November 2024.

In her role, Jaime manages a portfolio of claims focused on recovering funds for clients. Her daily work includes reviewing correspondence, communicating with partners, and assisting coworkers with claim related questions. In addition to her core responsibilities, she has taken on a key role in helping her supervisor develop a training package for an upcoming process rollout, demonstrating both leadership and a willingness to support team growth.

Jaime’s approach to her work is rooted in reliability and collaboration. She is known for stepping in wherever help is needed and consistently going beyond her assigned tasks. By completing her work efficiently, she creates time to assist teammates and contribute to broader team goals. This team first mindset is a big part of what sets her apart.

Supporting the mission of Fleet Response means working together to deliver strong results for clients, and Jaime fully embraces that. With over a decade of experience in subrogation, she brings valuable perspective and problem solving skills to her team. She regularly shares ideas, offers guidance, and looks for opportunities to improve workflows and outcomes.

Jaime has also built a strong working relationship with her supervisor, Ben Lasker. She appreciates his leadership style and the way he encourages new ideas and professional growth. Their collaboration has become a two-way exchange of knowledge, helping both strengthen their skills and better support the team.

A key driver behind Jaime’s performance is her enthusiasm for tackling challenges. She enjoys working through complex situations that require critical thinking and creative solutions. These opportunities motivate her to keep learning and refining her approach while also serving as a resource for others on her team.

Jaime also values the culture at Fleet Response, describing it as supportive and inclusive. Over her four years with the company, she has seen continued growth that opens the door for employees to develop and advance. She appreciates being part of an organization that listens to its people and encourages collaboration across departments.

Outside of work, Jaime enjoys spending time with her two dogs and following her favorite sports teams. With baseball season underway, she is especially excited to cheer on the Cleveland Guardians. She also enjoys working outdoors in the spring, preparing her flower beds and considering a vegetable garden for the season.

As a fun personal detail, Jaime shared that she drives a manual transmission every day, something you do not see as often anymore. It is a skill she enjoys and has kept as part of her daily routine. She is also a proud grandmother to an 11-month-old, with another grandchild on the way, which brings her a lot of joy outside of work.
