At Fleet Response, our employees are at the heart of everything we do. This month, we are proud to recognize Cari Queener, Maintenance Specialist, as our Employee of the Month. Cari’s dedication, teamwork, and commitment to delivering outstanding fleet maintenance service make a lasting impact on both clients and colleagues.

Being named Employee of the Month is a meaningful milestone for Cari. She shared that the recognition reflects hard work, dedication, and the daily effort it takes to consistently deliver outstanding service. This is especially significant as it marks her first time receiving the award, making the honor even more memorable.

In her role as a Fleet Maintenance Specialist on the second shift, Cari plays a critical part in ensuring smooth operations. She is responsible for closing the department each evening at 8 p.m. while also helping oversee client maintenance needs. Her focus is always on delivering the highest level of service possible. Cari describes her team as small but close knit, emphasizing that they operate more like a family than a department.

When asked what best represents her contribution, Cari points to her reliability and willingness to support others. She is always available to help her team, a quality that has not gone unnoticed. This collaborative mindset extends into how she supports the company’s mission. Cari works closely with fleet managers and her maintenance team to ensure clients receive high quality service at competitive rates, reinforcing Fleet Response’s commitment to excellence in fleet management.

Cari also recognizes the importance of mentorship and teamwork in her growth. She credits Tom Simon, Lindsey Fade, and Alisha Butler for helping her develop into a stronger specialist. Their guidance and support have played a key role in her professional journey.

What keeps Cari motivated is not recognition alone, but a deeper commitment to excellence. She believes that true success comes from caring about your team, clients, and professional relationships. For Cari, a strong work ethic is a way of life, and she adds that a little Southern charm can go a long way in building meaningful connections.

One of the aspects she enjoys most about working at Fleet Response is the opportunity to work fully remote, which allows her to stay focused and productive while maintaining a strong work life balance.

Outside of work, Cari enjoys spending time outdoors with her wife, youngest daughter, and their dog, Pearl. Whether hiking, fishing, or traveling in their travel trailer, she values time with family and adventure. One of her personal goals is to visit all 50 states and explore every national park across the country.

She also shared a fun side that coworkers may not know. Cari and her family enjoy playing video games together, including RuneScape, Fortnite, Hogwarts, and Star Wars. In addition, she has a passion for reading and enjoys relaxing with a good book and a cup of coffee.
