We are truly excited to announce Joanne Renner as Fleet Response’s Employee of the Month for March! This is the third time Joanne has received this award and it’s no surprise why. With nearly 12 years of dedication, leadership, and expertise under her belt, Joanne continues to be a guiding force to everyone within the company. Fleet Response Journey
Joanne joined Fleet Response nearly 12 years ago as a First Party Claims Representative and has been an essential part of the 3rd Party team since April 2022. She handles escalation calls for the Discount Tire team extremely well, supports teammates with claims questions, and not only plays a key role in training new hires but makes them feel welcome as well.
What Makes Joanne Shine
Joanne is known for being a go-to resource across the department. “She’s a lifeline! Not just for coworkers, but for claimants too,” one colleague shared. Her patience, empathy, and deep understanding of the claims process really set her apart. New employees especially value her guidance, often saying they don’t know how they would have made it through their first few months without her.
Day-to-Day Impact
Joanne starts each day by checking messages and emails, ensuring that she is fully ready to assist her team and clients. She takes pride in knowing the claims process well enough to support others effectively and it shows in just about everything she does.
Life Outside of Work
Outside of work, Joanne enjoys a variety of hobbies that help her unwind and stay creative, including video games, tie-dye projects, jigsaw puzzles, reading, and spending time outdoors. She also values quality time with her family and finds joy in staying active and engaged beyond the office.
