14 Apr Alexander Cortez Selected as Employee of the Month for March
Fleet Response is proud to announce Alexander Cortez as the Outstanding Performance Award Winner for March.
Starting in December of 2014, Alexander began his career at Fleet Response in the Call Center where he stayed until 2019, and then moved over to the Claims Department. Alex now works as a Claim Representative and has been with Fleet Response for 6.5 years.
“Alexander is always helpful and never has an issue jumping in and helping out where he can. He is always happy to help train and take work from other teams when assistance is needed,” said a co-worker. “He’s the best.”
When asked what makes him proud to work at Fleet Response, Alexander said the constant support he receives from his supervisor and his co-workers. “They are always there to help when I am in need of assistance.”
“Alexander always goes above and beyond to help. I know any time I need help with something he will drop what he’s doing to help, he’s super reliable,” said another coworker. “He is so caring and understanding he always tries to look at the bright side.”
When asked how he starts the day, Alexander replied, “I send my loss notices and make sure my client is aware of any new issues with new claims.”
Something Fleet Response co-workers may not know about Alexander is that he has a strong passion for nature.
In his free time, he enjoys time outdoors, nature walks and reading. He also enjoys spending time with family and friends
