Cleveland, Ohio— February 26, 2021 — Fleet Response, the leader in custom designed claims management services celebrates its 35th anniversary. Founded by Ron Mawaka, Sr. in Cleveland, Ohio, as Rental Concepts Inc. (RCI). The original focus of the organization was to manage temporary business rentals. In 1997, a division of RCI, Integrated Vehicle Services (IVS) was created to provide new services including, accident, subrogation, and maintenance management. In 2003, RCI and Integrated Vehicle Systems combined to create Fleet Response, one company that offers comprehensive customized claim management services. These service offerings have grown over time in response to evolving client needs.
In 2017, Scott Mawaka purchased Fleet Response ensuring the company would remain a privately held family business. Today, Fleet Response has more than 195 employees with revenue exceeding $190 million.
