Blanca Mars earns the Employee of the Month award for June 2020

Fleet Response is proud to announce Blanca Mars as the Outstanding Performance Award Winner for June.

Working at Fleet Response for 5 years, Blanca works as the Call Center Lead. Before becoming the Call Center Lead, Blanca previously held positions as a Call Center Representative and Quality Control Representative.

“From the moment I started at Fleet Response as a temp back in 2015. I was welcomed with open arms by all of my peers, my Supervisor and Manager. They all guided me to learn my job as a Call Center Rep and provided me with all the knowledge to succeed in that role. This knowledge has helped me to learn and grow into the Team Lead position I have today,” said Mars. “Even on the days that I do not believe in myself they continue to guide and help me to keep moving forward and to not give up.”

Blanca received multiple nominations for this peer nominated award. One coworker said, “She is amazing at juggling questions from the team and I have learned so much from her.”

“Blanca stepped into the Lead Role in the Call Center this past spring. Since she moved into the position, she has worked hard to fill the role,” said another one of Blanca’s coworkers. “I am so proud of her. She works hard every day making sure our team is staffed as necessary.”

This isn’t the first time Blanca has been recognized for her hard-work and dedication. Blanca was chosen as an Employee of the Year Finalist in 2018.

When asked what makes her most proud to work at Fleet Response, Blanca said, “Scott Mawaka and the way that he is always looking out for his employees, especially in times like this pandemic. He truly makes this company a family.”

When she is not working, Blanca enjoys spending time with her family, walking through the Metro Parks, and is always up for anything fun.
