06 Aug Chantal Miller as the Outstanding Performance Award Winner for July 2019

Chantal Miller, Senior Subrogation Specialist, has been a valuable member of the Fleet Response team for 17 years. When she started at Fleet Response, Chantal was in the Call Center. After a year, she transitioned to the Subrogation Department where she’s stayed ever since.

Chantal demonstrates the Fleet Response values of Accountability, Flexibility, and Visibility. As Fleet Response grows and the Subrogation department expands Chantal is key in training new team members while maintaining her work responsibilities.  

Jocelyn Davidson, Subrogation Support Specialist, stated, “On top of being very detailed and thorough, she has no problem getting down to the bottom of any issue that confronts her.  She’s honest, kind and a super team captain!”

Stephanie Strickler, Subrogation Specialist, agrees with Jocelyn, “Chantal has been extremely busy with her work, with on top of training new Subrogation Reps, but she always has time to answer any questions. It’s not that she just helps, she drops everything she does and helps with a smile (or laugh) on her face. She is an asset to the department; we couldn’t get half our work done without her.” said Stephanie
