John Gill at Fleet Response

Fleet Response is proud to announce John, Manager of Information Technology, as the Outstanding Performance Award Winner for July 2018.

John has worked in a large call center environment which prepared him for some of the challenges that Fleet Response faced in our recent phone system implementation.   He believes in a customer-centric approach to problem solving, and that if a company works together as a team, it can achieve great things.

Call Center Lead/QC Lead Kimberly Colegrove stated, “Over the last few months, John has been exceptional. He is patient and funny and kind and he knows his stuff or gets an answer for it without hesitation. When it came to the phone conversion, there were many issues that came about, and he was able to assist with every one of those issues without complaint. He is very knowledgeable and even made suggestions to better assist me with my job duties and I am sure others as well. He is a great asset to the IT department and he deserves to be recognized.”

Stuart Braun, Adjuster and Maintenance Manager, agrees with Kimberly, “John famous for stating “you are my customer” meaning that Fleet Response employee are his customers. This is evident in how he manages internal customers and ensures their needs are met. John is very knowledgeable at his craft and shares this with others. During the transition of our phone provider, John demonstrated a hands-on approach and assisted those that needed extra time and attention Glad to have another team first person within the company.”

In his spare time, John enjoys working with his hands on a variety of projects.  These projects offer an opportunity to spend time with his wife and 3 sons
