Fleet Response is proud to announce Ivy Fitzgerald, Call Center Representative, as the Outstanding Performance Award Winner for December 2014.

Ivy has been with Fleet Response for a little over 2 years.  During this time she has come to distinguish herself as a hardworking, motivated, and dedicated employee.

Julie Cravener, Call Center Supervisor, says that Ivy is vital to her department.  In addition to handling claim corrections and taking the lead on training new hires, “Ivy’s call intake for the department is consistently one of the top in the department, and the majority of the time is number one,” said Julie.

Members of other departments have noticed as well.  Zakary Etela and Joanne Renner, Claim Representatives, agreed that Ivy is very helpful and pleasant, going beyond what is expected in her role.  Brandi Taylor, Claims Representative, said “I very rarely ever receive a claim taken by Ivy with errors, and I have noticed positive comment cards that come in where Ivy was the representative who took the call.  She has also been patiently training new Call Center Representatives for weeks.”

We’re honored to recognize Ivy for both her work as a Call Center Representative and dedication to Fleet Response.
