02 Jan LLOYD TROYER NAMED OUTSTANDING PERFORMANCE AWARD WINNER FOR NOVEMBER

Fleet Response is proud to announce Lloyd Troyer, Claims Adjuster, as the Outstanding Performance Award Winner for November 2014.

Lloyd has been with Fleet Response for four years and has been an asset to the adjuster department and our accident management program.  With Lloyd’s extensive background and expertise in body shop repair, he’s responsible for reviewing very high dollar, labor-intensive repairs.

Stuart Braun, Adjuster and Maintenance Manager, has noted that in addition to his daily adjuster work, Lloyd has also been a huge help to other members in the department and company.  “Lloyd is truly vested in the growth and success of Fleet Response. Anal Beads  This is demonstrated by Lloyd’s willingness to share knowledge with less seasoned adjusters and any and all that ask for his assistance,” said Stuart.

Lloyd also helps the program succeed with his diligent work when it comes to network shops.  Edwin Castro, Vendor Systems Coordinator, and Stuart Braun both notice the excellent job he does in this area.  “Lloyd does an outstanding job reviewing network vendors’ paperwork as he reviews each claim,” said Stuart.  “This assists in getting updated paperwork and proper and competitive labor rates, and ensures we are dealing with a quality shop.”
