We are proud to announce Nicole Johnson as May’s employee of the Month. Nicole has been an integral part of the Fleet Response team for 7 months now, working as a third-party claims specialist. Her contributions have consistently elevated our operations and exemplified our commitment to excellence.  

As a third-party claims specialist, Nicole works on processing and investigating claims, communicating with stakeholders, and providing excellent customer service to individuals who may be experiencing stress or difficulty due to their claim. Nicole plays a vital role in ensuring claims are handled efficiently, fairly, and in accordance with our company policies. 

Nicole shares that the moment she knew that working for Fleet Response was the right decision was when she got to meet and know her team. “Everyone was so kind and willing to help. The support from my team has been so positive.” 

Nicole specifically remembers her best day at work being when she helped a customer with towing their vehicle and getting it repaired. The customer was “really appreciative and had nothing but nice words. They were really stressed out over it and thankful that we got it taken care of.” 

Outside of her work, Nicole enjoys working on art, traveling, playing video games, and swimming. She also loves visiting Cedar Point, attending concerts, and going to any Cleveland sports event!
