Fleet Response Named a 2022 Top Workplace by the Cleveland Plain Dealer for the Sixth Time

Fleet Response has been named a 2022 Top Workplace by the Cleveland Plain Dealer. This 2022 recognition marks the third consecutive year and the sixth award for Fleet Response. Fleet Response ranked 15th out of 58 in the Medium Business category.

The list up from 175 employers last year is broken into large workplaces (with 500 employees or more), mid-size (with 150 to 499 employees) and small (149 employees and fewer). These employers, with offices in Ashtabula, Cuyahoga, Erie, Geauga, Lake, Lorain, Medina, Portage, Stark, Summit and Wayne counties, ranked best in employee surveys from employee engagement expert Energage, LLC. Companies across the region are invited to have their employees take the survey. Any organization was eligible to participate, provided it had at least 35 employees in the region. Employers could be public, private, nonprofit, or governmental.

The Plain Dealer’s Top Workplaces list continues to reflect companies in the region that cultivate a connection with their workforce. This year’s Workplaces list ranks 220 companies, nonprofits, schools, and other employers. These organizations share a commitment to providing support and an environment that makes employees feel valued and respected.

Fleet Response maintains a family-like culture with beliefs that focus on employee and customer satisfaction. Today, Fleet Response has more than 190 employees who provide support for accident, maintenance, and safety programs.
