Fleet Response Mobile is built around your VIN. Designed to help you save time, Fleet Response Mobile can help you report a claim in the matter of minutes. Based on your unique qualifier, we identify your vehicle, company, and custom reporting processes.

1. Report a non-injury single vehicle claim, immediately when it happens. Our app allows users to upload photos of damage of their vehicle directly to the app.

Is My Fleet Automatically Enrolled in Mobile Claims Reporting?

No, to use Fleet Response Mobile your fleet must be activated for mobile claims reporting. However, this is an easy process on our end and can be done immediately. Contact your Fleet Response representative and let them know you would like your fleet activated for Fleet Response Mobile.

How Do I get Fleet Response Mobile on My Phone?

Fleet Response Mobile can be downloaded from Google Play or Apple App Store. Once in the App store, search for Fleet Response Mobile. Download to your phone. Scan your VIN and enter your contact information, and the app will automatically set to your company’s custom reporting process.
