Russell Galland Named Fleet Response Employee of the Month

Some of the biggest contributions to a team happen behind the scenes. They’re made by people who are always willing to lend a hand, share their knowledge, and help others succeed. That’s exactly what makes Russell Galland, Third Party Claims Specialist, such a valued member of the Fleet Response team and this month’s Employee of the Month.

For Russell, the recognition is a meaningful reflection of the work he puts in every day.

“Being Employee of the Month means that I performed my job at a level of excellence that made others take notice,” he shared. Receiving the award for the first time makes the honor even more rewarding.

Keeping Claims Moving Forward

As a Third Party Claims Specialist, Russell plays an important supporting role throughout the claims process. From gathering documentation and setting up files to coordinating repairs and organizing information, he helps claim representatives keep claims moving efficiently while delivering exceptional service to clients.

He believes his willingness to help others is what best represents why he was selected for Employee of the Month. Whether it’s answering questions, stepping in to assist with workloads, or simply being available when a teammate needs support, Russell approaches every task with the same commitment to excellence.

A Team-First Mindset

Russell believes the strongest teams are built on collaboration.

Every day, he looks for opportunities to share his experience, provide guidance, and make sure those around him have the information they need to succeed. By supporting one another and working toward a common goal, he believes the team can provide the best possible experience for Fleet Response’s clients.

He’s also thankful to the teammates who have supported his own growth. Russell credits Rachel Garner and Marjie Bryant as trusted resources whose guidance and knowledge have helped him navigate challenging claims and continue developing professionally.

Taking Pride in the Work

For Russell, doing great work starts with personal accountability.

“It’s my brand that motivates my performance,” he said. “If I’m going to put my name on something, I want the work to be at the same level of excellence I hold myself to.”

That philosophy influences everything he does and serves as a reminder that every task, big or small, reflects both his personal standards and the quality-of-service Fleet Response provides.

The People Make the Difference

When asked what he enjoys most about working at Fleet Response, Russell’s answer was easy.

“The people are what I love most about this company.”

He appreciates the supportive culture and enjoys working alongside so many fun and interesting coworkers, making it easy to build lasting connections across the organization.

Beyond the Office

Outside of work, Russell enjoys activities that help him recharge, including meditation, reading, and video games.

He also has a passion for learning that many of his coworkers may not know about. Much of his free time is spent studying world religions and folklore, an interest that reflects his curiosity and love of exploring different cultures and perspectives.

Congratulations, Russell!

Russell’s willingness to support his teammates, commitment to excellence, and positive attitude exemplify the values that make Fleet Response successful. His dedication behind the scenes helps strengthen both his team and the service we provide every day.
