Being named Employee of the Month is an exciting accomplishment. Being recognized twice is something truly special and that’s exactly what Nina Avedissian, Subrogation Support Specialist, has achieved.

For Nina, this second recognition means more than just an award. It’s a reminder that the care, focus, and effort she puts into her work every day are seen and appreciated. “To be recognized means a lot to me,” she shared. “It means my hard work is appreciated.” While she’s grateful for the honor, Nina remains humble, viewing it as encouragement rather than a finish line.
