We are proud to recognize Ryan Briceland as Fleet Response’s August Employee of the Month. Over the past five years, Ryan has become an important part of the Claims Department and a trusted leader among his peers.

Why Ryan Stands Out
Ryan was nominated for his willingness to support others and share his knowledge. One colleague shared, “Since I joined Third Party, Ryan has been nothing but helpful with my accounts. He is very knowledgeable, and if there is a question or concern I have, he will help find a solution.”

Work at Fleet Response
When reflecting on his time here, Ryan noted that there have been too many great days to count, but being recognized as Employee of the Month is especially meaningful. He shared that what makes Fleet Response unique compared to other companies is the opportunity to interact with the founder on a regular basis. He is also most proud of the family environment that defines the culture of Fleet Response.

Each day, Ryan begins by making a plan to ensure his claims, emails, and voicemails are managed thoroughly and efficiently, keeping both clients and colleagues supported.

Beyond the Office
Ryan is a proud military veteran who served as an Army medic in Korea. Away from work, he enjoys attending Pittsburgh Steelers games as a season ticket holder and spending time at home with his fiancé, his family, and his dog Jax.
