17 Oct Maxwell King-Dominic Selected as Employee of the Month for September

Fleet Response is proud to recognize Maxwell King-Dominic as our Employee of the Month. Over the past year and a half, Maxwell has proven to be a dedicated and reliable member of the Call Center team, known for his responsiveness, efficiency, and
commitment to excellence.

Maxwell was nominated for his professionalism and consistent support of both his colleagues and leadership. One team member shared, “Maxwell is always responsive, he jumps on any call center escalation immediately, and keeps my team informed every step
of the way. He’s accurate, dependable, and always pleasant to work with.” Since joining Fleet Response, Maxwell has taken on additional administrative responsibilities and continues to go above and beyond for his team. His willingness to take ownership of complex tasks and his calm, solution-driven approach makes him an invaluable asset to the department.

Maxwell shared that he knew he made the right decision to join Fleet Response after completing his training and seeing firsthand how supportive leadership and tenured representatives were. “I knew I was in a great environment to flourish,” he said. Maxwell also appreciates how accessible and personable Fleet Response leadership is, saying that the experience of introducing himself to senior leaders early on showed him how humble and relatable they are. He is most proud of the teamwork that defines Fleet Response, where departments from the Call Center to Salvage work together seamlessly to serve clients’ best interests.

Outside of work, Maxwell is entering his senior year at Liberty University and leads a small circle group discussion at his church in Hudson each week. He enjoys spending time with his fiancée, family, and friends, and finds joy in reading, journaling, working out, and continuing to grow in his faith.
