05 Sep ZAKARY ETELA NAMED OUTSTANDING PERFORMANCE AWARD WINNER FOR JULY

Fleet Response is proud to announce Zak Etela, Sr. Claims Representative, as the Outstanding Performance Award Winner for July 2017.

Zak has been with Fleet Response for 5 years.  With his prior call center experience, Zak started with a position within the Call Center here at Fleet Response. Zak was then promoted to the Claims department and worked his way up to a Sr. Claims Representative.  Throughout his years with the company, Zak has proven his enthusiasm to assist others and provide excellent customer service.

Alexandria Baker, fellow Claims Representative, expressed, “(Zak) is a hard worker and he is always happy to go above and beyond with helping someone that needs it.”  She went on to say that, “He is always going the extra mile to take care of the client.”  Samantha McHenry, Call Center Representative said, “He always makes sure I have sufficient answers for any questions that drivers have.” Blanca Mars, Call Center Representative mentioned that, “Zak is always available to help and will come to me if there is an issue.”

Zak’s fellow co-workers were very consistent with expressing his willingness to help those surrounding him.  Zak’s hard-work and dedication to Fleet Response is admirable.
