Fleet Response is thrilled to greet the newest class of interns for our 2024 summer term. This diverse group of aspiring professionals represents the future, bringing their fresh perspectives, innovative ideas, and a passion for learning. This 12-week program offers an invaluable chance for students to gain hands-on experience within a professional environment. They will have the opportunity to hone their communication skills, build meaningful connections with our team, and gain hands-on experience in various departments.Ā
Claims
Eight students will be guided by our Claims department, where they will receive assistance in the processing, investigation, and settlement of insurance claims.Ā
Ā Akasha Wilberg: Akasha, a soon-to-be senior at Baldwin Wallace University, is studying Public Relations and Social Media Production. When she is not busy, she enjoys listening to music and reading. āThe specific skills and knowledge I hope to gain during my time at Fleet Response are teamwork and collaboration. I would like to enhance that skill set while learning how to conduct myself in a professional environment.āĀ

Audrey Livesay: Audrey, a rising junior at the University of Mount Union, is pursuing a degree in Finance and Accounting. In her free time, she enjoys hiking and working out as well as representing her school on the basketball team. āI am looking forward to gain some experience working in an office setting and am looking to grow my professional communication skills and problem-solving abilities’.”

Casey Noffsinger: Casey, a rising 
Christian R
Cole Jones: Cole, a soon-to-be senior at Miami University, is pursuing a degree in Finance. WhenĀ he is free, he enjoys hanging out with friends, traveling, fishing, and watching sports. āI hope to gain communication, professionalism, time-management, and critical thinking skills toĀ foster growth for my future career. I hope to make connections with the other interns and workers to increase my teamworking skills to have a great summer experience!ā
Leah Ploskunak: Leah, a rising sophomore at Xavier University, is double majoring in International Studies and Economics. In her free time, she loves to cook, bake, read, hang out with friends, and play club lacrosse for her school. āThis summer, Iām really looking forward to improving my communication skills. Iām also very excited to work in an office to see if it is something Iād like to do once I graduate from school.āĀ

Vendor Coordination
Our Vendor Coordination department will host one student, focusing on the outreach to body shops and updating information.Ā
Avery Tracz: Avery, soon to enter her senior year at Ohio University, is pursuing studies in Marketing along with Advertising and Public Relations. In her free time, she enjoys her time outside, spending time with friends and family, running, and using her creativity skills on Canva to craft designs and flyers. āDuring my time at Fleet Response, I hope to learn and grow professionally by meeting new people and learning about the different departments of the company. I hope to enhance my communication skills, as well as expand my professionalĀ work.āĀ
Accounting
One student will be hosted by our Accounting department, where they will receive assistance in auditing, third-party processing, financial data entry, and updating collections sheets.
Cade Tonozzi: Cade, on the brink of his senior year at Miami University, is spending his time studying Finance. Outside of his studies, he loves to golf, work out, and spend time with his friends and family. āSome skills Iām hoping to gain and improve on during my time at Fleet Response include my interpersonal skills and time management. Overall, Iām hoping to further my knowledge of finance and accounting as a whole and experiencing how a finance/accounting department operates within a company of this magnitude.āĀ Ā
Subrogation
Our Subrogation department is hosting three students this summer and assisting them in inputting police report information, managing documentation, and communicating with stake holders.Ā
Elizabeth Saliga: Elizabeth, gearing up for her sophomore year at The Ohio State University, is focused on pursuing a degree in Actuarial Science. In her free time, she enjoys reading, playing tennis, and spending time with friends. āDuring my time at Fleet Response, I hope to gain insight into what working in an office is like, and I want to work on my communication skills.ā


Marketing
Our Marketing department will host one intern this summer, gaining hands-on experience in conducting research, unleashing creativity, and crafting engaging graphics.Ā
Emma Demming: Emma, a soon-to-be senior at Ohio University, is currently pursuing a degree in Communications and Journalism. In her free time, she enjoys traveling, shopping, listening to music, and spending quality time with her friends and family. āWith this being the second summer I am interning with Fleet Response, I am so eager to learn even more than what I did my first time around. I am excited to expand my knowledge in how to write an exceptional article, how to create an eye-catching graphic, and how to really develop my portfolio.āĀ
Special Projects
Our Special Projects department will host one intern this summer where they will learn how to organize special company events.Ā

Call Center
Our Call Center will host one student and assist them in handling a wide variety of inquiries, requests, and concerns while providing assistance, information, and support to callers.Ā Ā
Justin Allsopp: Justin, set to enter his seniorĀ year at Kent State University, is a passionate Marketing major. In his free time, Justin enjoys playing bass guitar and being involved in student organizations on campus. He can also be found on his back deck enjoying the weather with his cat, Ophelia. āDuring my time at Fleet Response, I hope to gain useful experience from working together in teams in an office setting to preparing myself for a post-graduation career.āĀ
Maintenance
Our Maintenance department will be hosting one student this summer where they will gain experience in how to request invoices and go through purchase orders.Ā

IT
Our IT department will host one student this summer and help them in mastering the management and upkeep of technology systems while providing assistance in programming tasks.

Safety
Our Safety department will host one student, learning how to provide support to users, generate weekly reports, and run vehicle records.Ā Ā
