Fleet Response Announces Vice President of Client Engagement

Cleveland, Ohio, July 2019 — Fleet Response is proud to announce Jodie Varner has been promoted to Vice President of Client Engagement.

Jodie will continue to oversee the company’s corporate communications, leading integral strategic initiatives, and will be responsible for driving the customer engagement and satisfaction strategy of the entire organization.

A corporate communications executive with nearly 15 years’ experience working with clients to evaluate programs, build solutions and deliver data, Jodie has proven a key member of Fleet Response’s Executive team to oversee change management during times of growth and leading high-performing teams to success. In her tenure at Fleet Response, Jodie shaped and developed Fleet Response’s safety program, Driver History Profile, onboarded many clients with custom solutions, and most recently oversaw the development of Fleet Response’s third-generation online tool, VISIBILITY and Fleet Response Mobile.
