When there is injury due to a motor vehicle accident, Fleet Response will manage the third party injury with exceptional customer service for a sensitive situation.
– Claims Triage: Receives first notice of loss, track claim in the system, and review by representative based on experience, exposure and license. Fleet Response is prepared to handle all types of injury claims.
– Investigating Coverage: Claim acknowledgment and responses will be sent to each client/customer throughout the process. All claims will be investigated fairly and communicated in accordance with local laws, regulations and Fair Claims Practices acts.
– Reserve Practices: Data will be stored to capture the average cost to settle and updated as new information becomes available.
– File Documentation/Record Retention: Fleet Response will save all claims related data and documentation pursuant to the statute of limitations so that the information can be readily accessible and retrievable at any time.
