Fleet Response’s Leadership Exploration and Development Team (LEaD) hosted a fun-filled week with games, activities and prizes for all employees. The activities highlighted our client partnerships but more importantly recognized the dedicated work of our talented employees. Each day started with an email message from an Executive Team member highlighting this year’s theme, Exceeding Expectations, Every Person, Every Time. Each day’s activities were designed to bring together different departments that usually don’t work together and compete for prizes.
The week’s festivities culminated with a special guest speaker, Bob Mossing, Senior Manager Fleet Administration at Steris. He spoke to the entire company thanking them for their commitment to his drivers and sharing the importance of the service that Fleet Response teams provide every day. Scott Mawaka, President/CEO thanked employees for their efforts and reminded everyone that the people are what makes Fleet Response a special place to work.
