09 Aug Fleet Response Hosts Summer Symposium to Recognize Clients & Unveil New Claims Tools
Fleet, Risk & Safety professionals recently gathered at Fleet Response’s corporate headquarters in Cleveland, Ohio for a three-day Client Advisory Board and Summer Symposium Event. The annual Open House event enables industry leaders from across the country to assemble for educational seminars, networking, presentation of Partnership Awards, and a company-wide lunch with time for dedicated claim & safety team members at Fleet Response to spend with clients.
“As much as this time is about hosting our clients,” said Roger Cervenka, “it’s also a great time for our internal team members to meet face-to-face with people that they work with every day. It’s just another way that Fleet Response is about connecting people and providing great customer service.”
Attendees heard from keynote speaker, Dr. Justin Schorr, a Collision Reconstruction / Transportation Engineer, and Adjunct Professor. Dr. Schorr spoke about autonomous vehicles and the newest technological advancement will affect the future of the fleet industry. Fleet Response also unveiled the newest generation of their online claims tool, VISIBILITY and their newly developed Mobile Reporting Claim App – both to be released the Fall of 2018.
Allison Lanzilotta, Executive Vice President and Jeff Fender, VP of Sales & Marketing, presented five attendees with 2018 Partnership Awards. These awards are given based on the collaborative relationship the recipients have with Fleet Response. Platinum Partnership Award winners included Illinois Tool Works (ITW), Sunbelt, and T-Mobile and Gold Partnership Award winners included Dish Network and American Fidelity
“The awards are a way to thank our partners for their ongoing input and innovative ideas” said Allison Lanzilotta, Executive Vice President. “We are honored to partner with some of the best talent and professionals in the Fleet, Risk & Safety industries.”
To kick off the final day of the event, Fleet Response’s Director of Client Services, Roger Cervenka presented “Metrics that Matter.” The team reviewed the most recent quarterly Benchmark data from Fleet Response and highlighted key performance measurements that fleet and risk managers should be monitoring regularly.
