Fleet Response's enhanced web-based service, DHP, Driver History Profile, offers a quick way for you to know when a driver poses a threat to the safety of your fleet. The system classifies drivers into risk categories by combining motor vehicle records and accident claim data. DHP is customized to meet your fleet policy and Fleet Response will work with you to determine the best way for your fleet/risk department to incorporate DHP information.

DHP is just one tool used in Fleet Response's Safety Solution to minimize risk and liability for your fleet. Our safety process begins with each claim's reporting process when accident data is collected that includes determining accident type, cause, repair cost, time for repair and the overall effect each incident has on your fleet. This information combined with DHP can improve the safety of each driver.

As part of our Safety Solutions, clients will have the expertise of a Certified Safety Specialist to review fleet policy and procedure and recommend changes to make your fleet safer. He will also review the best practices for your fleet to utilize on-line training, electronic MVR ordering and driver risk profiling.
