If the vehicle is not drivable, a tow and a replacement rental vehicle will be arranged. The estimate is evaluated for accuracy by computer analysis and practical experience, and if necessary, an independent appraiser will be assigned. Our representatives will track the progress of the vehicle repairs, expedite the supply of parts, and advise you of any delays. |
