Fleet Response is proud to announce Kimberly Colegrove the Outstanding Performance Award Winner for August. Kimberly joined Fleet Response in January 2009 as a Call Center Representative. More recently, she accepted the role of Evening Lead Call Center Representative.

“From the first day that Kim started with Fleet Response, I knew she was going to be a good fit,” states Julie Bastawros, Call Center Supervisor. “Kim has most definitely soared for the short period of time she has been with us. She has come to be someone that I can depend on to back me up with certain tasks and that her peers can turn to with questions when I am unavailable.” Additionally, Kimberly has led the Call Center for the last five months in call time stats.

Kimberly’s dependability and pride in her work has not only made her a great asset to the Call Center, but to the entire Fleet Response organization.
