Driver History Profile (DHP)

Driver History Profile (DHP) is a secure, web-based system to manage drivers' motor vehicle records (MVRs), accident history and training records. The system combines an individual driver’s record and accident data to create a detailed driving history and action plan. DHP provides administrators access to comprehensive reports to easily review and track results.

Driver Risk Level Assessment

As claims and MVRs are updated in DHP, points are automatically assigned and the driver is placed into a high, medium or low risk category. DHP automatically sends an email notification to management communicating risk level changes. Several online reports are also available to show risk level information.

Electronic MVRs

DHP offers electronic ordering and management of motor vehicle records from all 50 states, Puerto Rico and Canada. The system assigns custom points for violations using a universal point system to align drivers across all states.

Web-based Driver Training

With more than 70 training lessons available, programs can be created to address overall fleet trends as well as driver-specific needs. Lessons are geared to several types of vehicles including passenger vehicles, service vans and commercial trucks.

Behind the Wheel Training

Some drivers require focused individual attention in order to address their risky behavior. One-on-one training provides specific instruction, suggestions and directions. This provides drivers with a new set of skills which will greatly improve their ability to be safer in the company vehicle.

Onboard, Real-time Driver Training

In-vehicle analytics assess and correct risky driving maneuvers while providing immediate feedback to the driver. These tools improve safety and increase fuel economy which helps lower the overall costs of operating vehicles.
