Major Mechanical Repairs
Fleet Response assists in controlling the cost of major repairs by carefully reviewing estimates, negotiating competitive prices and securing national warranties. Our internal experts have many years experience in fleet and mechanical service and are trained in ALLDATA© to ensure accurate pricing and repair procedures. Engine replacements, air conditioning repairs, transmission replacements and steering & suspension repairs are typical maintenance repairs we handle.
Glass Repair and Replacement
Inclement weather, a sudden shift in temperature or hazards on the job can all contribute to unavoidable glass repair. To minimize safety risks and ensure the most savings for your fleet, all glass damage is assessed for the possibility of repair and is only replaced if necessary. Fleet Response’s glass network providers meet federal safety standards and we offer substantial discounts from the National Auto Glass Specification (NAGS). Many times, the glass company will provide mobile repair service.
We offer the glass repair and replacement service under our maintenance management program, our accident management program or as a stand-alone program.
24-Hour Roadside Assistance
Twenty-four hour roadside assistance is one toll-free phone call away. Lack of fuel, no start, a flat tire, a tow and lock-out aid are all included in this service.
