Accident & Maintenance Management


Our Business Development and Client Services teams work with you to customize your account parameters to ensure that throughout the accident reporting and vehicle repair process, we are capturing the information that is important to you. We also provide consulting support as it applies to your account. Ongoing support will include post implementation reviews, claim activity analysis and general "how are we doing" updates.

We also offer our team of in-house ASE and I-CAR Certified Adjusters to review each estimate prior to repairs being approved or sent to our client for approval. They will review the estimate for accuracy on the repairs, hours and pricing and make a recommendation to the client regarding the use of LKQ or aftermarket parts based on age, mileage, etc., of the vehicle.

Salvage

Our internal experts will review the claim information and make a recommendation to total or repair a vehicle. We determine salvage value based upon mileage, model and market wholesale value and will contact reputable salvage buyers from our network with details about the vehicle. The final decision is always yours of whether to repair the vehicle or to proceed with the salvage process.

Safety Solutions


Fleet Response can review your current fleet policy & procedures and recommend changes if needed. Our safety team can also work with you to develop company specific MVR infraction points, online driver training lessons and action plans for high-risk and high-incident drivers. Additionally, our safety services team remains on top of upcoming industry compliance trends providing regular updates to our clients.

Custom Web Solutions

Fleet Response's in-house Information Technology (IT) team of application developers are available to work with you to create a custom web solution for your corporate needs. We have developed systems for a number of our clients that help them achieve their business objectives. In addition to custom web solutions, our IT team is also actively involved in each account for consultative purposes, from development of custom reports, online access and the development of email/fax notifications systems.
