Accident Management

At Fleet Response, we understand that not all fleets are the same. Our programs reflect the uniqueness of your fleet’s size, industry and overall goals. We will work with you to customize a program to meet your organization’s specific needs.

Accident Reporting & Vehicle Repair

We believe accurate reporting is essential to limiting your company’s liability and ensuring maximum recovery. Our representatives are trained to gather claim information in a calm and professional manner. We pay special attention to the specific data your company needs and details commonly lost during accident reporting. The accident report will be sent to the fleet department, risk department and/or insurance carrier within 24 hours of the report to Fleet Response.

All repair facilities in our national network have been carefully screened to meet a high standard of excellence. Through this network, the driver will be directed to the most convenient repair facility. We require each facility to submit photos of the damaged vehicle as well as an estimate to your Dedicated Claim Representative at Fleet Response within 24 hours of the vehicle arriving at the shop.

Once we receive the estimate, it is evaluated for accuracy by a member of our team of in-house, experienced Adjusters. Fleet Response will work with you to authorize the repairs and will track the progress of the repairs and advise you of any delays.

Once the repairs have been completed, we will pay all invoices relating to the loss and provide you with a single invoice and an itemized statement detailing the services performed.

Subrogation

It’s reassuring to know the insurance specialists at Fleet Response are on your side. Through extensive knowledge of state and case laws, you can be sure each and every claim will be handled professionally.

Salvage

When a vehicle is deemed a total loss, Fleet Response determines salvage value based upon mileage, model and market wholesale value. Our internal experts contact reputable salvage buyers from our network with details about the vehicle. The salvage buyers bid through our online auction site with the final bid submitted to the fleet manager for final approval. Upon receiving authorization, we prepare all the paperwork required by law to complete the sale.

Glass Repair and Replacement

Inclement weather, a sudden shift in temperature or hazards on the job can all contribute to unavoidable glass repair. To minimize safety risks and ensure the most savings for your fleet, all glass damage is assessed for the possibility of repair and is only replaced if necessary. Fleet Response’s glass network providers meet federal safety standards and we offer substantial discounts from the National Auto Glass Specification (NAGS). Many times, the glass company will provide mobile repair service. We offer the glass repair and replacement service under our maintenance management program, our accident management program or as a stand-alone program.
