Fleet Response is proud to announce that Megan Aloisi has been named the Outstanding Performance Award Winner for September. Megan joined Fleet Response in 2003 as a Customer Service Representative and has recently been promoted as a Supervisor in the Subrogation Department.

“She stepped up while I was on leave and helped wherever she was needed,” states Allison Lanzilotta, Director of Business Development. She adds, “Megan is an asset to this organization and I expect her to continue to develop and grow as an employee and a manager.”

Dan Santora, Manager of Client Services also nominated Megan for helping him on a complex project. “Megan worked to reconcile a large Client account. I asked her to assist me, but she took over and ran with it. This was a big undertaking and took her the better part of a week to get it resolved, on top of her normal workload.”

Megan’s willingness to assist other department, in addition to her drive for professional development, has proven her to be a credit to Fleet Response.
