Fleet Response is proud to announce Julie Bastawros the Outstanding Performance Award Winner for May. Julie joined Fleet Response in July of 2004 as a Call Center Representative.

“Julie immediately stepped up and agreed to cover a late shift when we were down a body in the Call Center,” comments Dan Santora, Manager of Client Services. “Julie’s willingness to help out for an indefinite time period not only allowed us to maintain exceptional Client service for our after 5 o’clock calls, but also saved us time in seeking out volunteers to cover this shift.”

Julie’s selflessness and commitment to excellent customer service has proven her dedication to the Fleet Response organization.
