Fleet Response is proud to announce Julie Wolf as the Outstanding Performance Award Winner for November. Julie joined Fleet Response in July of 2009 as a Call Center Representative.

Mark Wearsch, VP of Information Technology, nominated Julie for this recognition because she recently took on the responsibility of uploading all of the maintenance faxes to the document library, where they are then processed by the Maintenance Department. This support saves others a considerable amount of time and reduces waste by avoiding the unnecessary printing of documents. During the time Julie has taken on this extra responsibility, she has remained one of the top four Representatives in the Call Center for the most time spent taking claims. Mark also adds, “Julie has a wonderful attitude and is great to work with.”

Julie’s positive attitude and willingness to help other departments is great asset to the Fleet Response organization.
