Fleet Response is proud to announce Kurt Berry as the December Outstanding Performance Award Winner. Kurt joined Fleet Response in 2005 as a Call Center Representative and was soon promoted to our evening Lead Call Center Representative. In March 2008 Kurt assumed the position of Information Technology Support.

…Holiday travel time! Today more of us spend longer hours in a vehicle driving to our destination. Do you ever make your plans to leave after work or school in the evening when you are more likely to be drowsy? According to a study by the National Highway Traffic Safety Administration 60 percent of adult drivers admitted to driving a vehicle while feeling drowsy in the past year. This can happen to anyone of us; however, there are drivers who are at a higher risk—third shift workers, drivers who run high mileage each day, individuals with unrecognized/undiagnosed sleeping disorders and individuals who are taking medications with sedatives.

Jim is a certified arbitrator who started with Fleet Response as a Subrogation Specialist in October 2010. He was quickly promoted to his current position in March 2011.

Mike came on board with Fleet Response in June 2007 after more than 20 years as a body shop painter. According to Dan Santora, Client Services Manager, it is “Mike’s experience in the automotive repair industry coupled with his work ethic and customer service skills that make him a very strong performer and a valued asset of Fleet Response.”

Ben joined Fleet Response in 2003 after working as a Service Advisor for Cleveland BMW. Ben holds an Associates Degree in Automotive Technology from Stark State College as well as ALLDATA and ASE certifications.

Fleet Response is proud to announce Jeffrey Bonchek, Regional Sales Manager, as the Outstanding Performance Award Winner for August 2011. Jeffrey has been with Fleet Response for 12 years, joining the company in April 1999. During this time, he has been responsible for the acquisition of some of Fleet Response’s most significant clients. With a sales territory that stretches across 14 states, his clients include Fortune 500 as well as mid-sized companies in industries that range from pharmaceuticals to communication to food. This year alone, he has successfully added several new clients with a total fleet size of 13,000+ vehicles. According to Megan Rivera, Business Development Coordinator, Bonchek’s achievement “speaks volumes to his dedication and loyalty to Fleet Response and how much he believes in our company.”
