Scott Mawaka - Chairman and CEO

Scott began his career with Fleet Response as an Account Executive in 1989. He left in 1993 to pursue his Property & Casualty Insurance License and became a “Top 10” national producer with Liberty Mutual. Scott returned to Fleet Response in 1998 as a District Manager. Since his return, he has been promoted to National Sales Manager, Vice President, Executive Vice President, President & COO, and ultimately, Chairman of the Board and CEO. Scott has more than 20 years of car rental, insurance and accident management experience. He is a member of the National Association of Fleet Administrators, Risk and Insurance Management Society and the National Association of Subrogation Professionals.

Allison Lanzilotta - Vice President, Business Development

Allison has been part of Fleet Response since 1999. She has her Property and Casualty Insurance License, a Master's Degree in Organizational Management and is a member of the National Association of Fleet Administrators.  She has worked in the subrogation department and was the Client Services Coordinator before becoming Vice President, Business Development. As Vice President, Allison is responsible for oversight, integration and enhanced communication across all of Fleet Responses Client Services. 

Mark Wearsch - Vice President, Information Technology

Mark joined Fleet Response in 2001 as an Application Developer. He took on the role of redesigning all of Fleet Response's in-house management software and migrating all applications and hardware from DOS to a Windows platform. Mark has been promoted to Director of Information Technology and in 2009 accepted a promotion to Vice President, Information Technology. Prior to joining Fleet Response, Mark was the Manager of Application Development for PhoneTel Technologies, Inc. Mark is responsible for strategic development and oversight of all technology at Fleet Response, in addition to personnel management, hardware acquisition and overseeing internal and external application development. 


Jeffrey Fender - Director, Sales & Marketing

Jeffrey is an active member of the National Association of Fleet Administrators and Risk and Insurance Management Society. He has also earned his Property & Casualty Insurance license. Prior to joining Fleet Response, Jeff was Vice President of Sales at Academy Graphic Communications where he worked for 10 years. Since joining Fleet Response in 2003, Jeff has been promoted to National Sales Manager and the Director of Sales and Marketing. Jeff is responsible for overseeing the sales team as well as the marketing strategy and positioning of Fleet Response products and advertising.  


Mark Genger - Manager, Finance

Mark began working at Fleet Response in January of 2004 as a Sales Manager responsible for the Northeast region. In 2009, he assumed additional responsibilities as the Manager of Finance. As the Manager of Finance, Mark manages the accounting department and oversees key corporate relationships including banking, insurance & legal while still managing existing client relationships in the Northeast region and new client development in the New Jersey area.  Prior to joining Fleet Response, Mark worked in corporate banking for more than 17 years.


Dan Santora - Manager, Client Services

Dan Santora's primary responsibilities are managing the day-to-day activities and personnel of Fleet Response's Client Services Department. His claims processing knowledge includes property damage, physical damage, personal property, total losses, rental reimbursement, glass and bodily injury. Dan has extensive experience handling large exposure cases including fatalities, serious injuries and significant coverage issues. Dan joined Fleet Response in 2007 after 17 years with Liberty Mutual Insurance Group. 


Jodie Varner - Manager, Business Development

Jodie Varner has been part of Fleet Response since 2004 working closely with the business development and sales teams. Prior to joining Fleet Response, Jodie worked for a not-for-profit healthcare agency promoting marketing and fund development and assisting in the implementation of an electronic charting system. At Fleet Response, she has assisted in advancing our safety solutions and information technology departments. As Manager of Business Development, she focuses on managing internal and external processes through client communications and product analysis.
