Fleet Response is a family owned company that was founded in Cleveland, Ohio in 1986 as Rental Concepts, Inc. (RCI) by Ron Mawaka, Sr. as a central company for businesses to contract with for their temporary rental needs.

As the fleet industry continued to develop, so did RCI. In 1997, RCI expanded to include accident and maintenance management under the name Integrated Vehicle Systems (IVS).

In 2003, Rental Concepts, Inc. and Integrated Vehicle Systems combined under one name, Fleet Response, to create one company and offer comprehensive custom fleet services.

Over the years, Fleet Response has progressively grown by developing a client Advisory Board in 2003, a comprehensive safety program in 2005, hosting a Safety Summit in 2007 and continually developing custom web development solutions.

Fleet Response is I-CAR Gold Certified (which requires all members of our claims team to be I-CAR Gold or Platinum Certified), SAS 70 Certified and a member of NAFA, RIMS and the National Safety Council.

Fleet Response’s current board consists of Chairman, Scott Mawaka, Past Chairmen, Ron Mawaka, Sr. and Myron Zadony, and member Claude Nolty. Through a nationwide network of vendors and more than 30,000 vehicle service providers, Fleet Response clients include corporate, truck, rental, heavy equipment and government fleets, as well as insurance companies - both large and small. Theses fleets included Fortune 500 companies and range from 50 to 20,000 vehicles.
