| Fleet Response employees and other collision repair professionals gathered at Fleet Response’s corporate office for a one- day training sessions to discuss new and innovative techniques of quality collision repair.
“Continuing education and updating of standards by I-Car are a great help when it comes to repairing a client’s vehicle,” said Stuart Braun, Fleet Response Senior Claims Supervisor. “The training enlightens us on industry standards, so we can provide proper and safe repairs for our clients, in a timely and economical manner.”
Every Fleet Response Claims Representative has attained Gold or Platinum Class I-Car status. Fleet Response is currently maintains I-Car Gold Class status. This requires attending classes every year to maintain the certification.
