'Response' is in our name, so we take pride in providing the best customer service in the fleet industry. Regardless of the services we provide to your fleet, you will be working with a staff that is not only knowledgeable and experienced, but also one that has an extensive insurance and customer service background.
We understand each fleet is different and take a consultative approach to review your fleet needs and offer the services and reporting options that will best meet those needs.
Working with Fleet Response, you can be assured that our goal is to save you time and money. Our experienced team is trained to evaluate every cost from the repair process to rental cars to requested maintenance to ensure that you are not incurring an unnecessary expense. Implementing elements of our safety program will assist in reducing the number of preventable costly repairs. Lastly, we aggressively pursue repair dollars, rental costs, loss of use and diminished value for all subrogatable claims.
Fleet Response will handle everything from accident reporting, the entire repair process (scheduling, estimate evaluation, tracking the progress and expedition of parts), rental vehicles and tow scheduling to get your driver back on the road in no time. All of your claim information is available real-time through our online management tool, FleetSuite.
Ensuring your vehicles are in peak operation and on the road is Fleet Response's priority. Whether it's regular maintenance such as oil changes and tire rotations or more complex maintenance repairs- our Maintenance Specialists will work with your fleet every step of the way.
Our Subrogation Specialists have property & casualty licenses as well as extensive knowledge of state laws and regulations. They regularly pursue repair dollars, rental costs, loss of use and diminished value for all subrogatable claims.
Our internal experts will work with you when a vehicle is deemed a total loss. We determine salvage value based upon mileage, model and market wholesale value and will contact reputable salvage buyers from our network with details about the vehicle. Upon approval, we will prepare all paperwork required by law to complete the sale.
Your vehicles are only as safe as the employees who drive them. Fleet Response offers both online safety training as well as behind the wheel training. We have more than 70 online lessons available that can be assigned based on individual driver needs or specific trends within your fleet.
Our Driver History Profile (DHP) offers a web-based system designed to identify at-risk drivers. The system combines a driver's motor vehicle record (MVR) and previous accident data to create a detailed driver profile which puts the driver in a risk category.
Fleet Response offers electronic ordering and management of motor vehicle records through our Driver History Profile (DHP) system. The system assigns points for infractions using a universal point system to align MVR infractions for drivers in all states.
We can review your current fleet policy and procedures and recommend changes if needed. Our safety team can also offer best practices for your fleet to utilize online training, electronic MVR ordering and driver risk profiling.
